What to eat and what to not

I know a lot of people like to eat junk food and sweets but I really want you to eat fruit and vegetables more so you can get energy and your body be perfect, healthy, and a happy body so I would say to eat less sweets but I know some people will not be happy so maybe you can eat sweets a day only please please do it ok stay safe bye.
